Recommended incubation: Make up product as BM4031 Modified Semi Solid Rappaport Vassiliadis Medium.
Incubate aerobically at 41.5 ± 1°C for 24 ± 3 hours.
If negative, continue incubation under the same conditions for a further 24 hours.
