Preparation
Suspend 58.0g/L of dried culture media in deionised/purified water. Soak with frequent agitation whilst mixing for 10 minutes to
completely dissolve dried culture medium.
Sterilise at 121°C for 15 minutes before cooling to 45-50°C.
Aseptically add the appropriate volume of LS1053 Yersinia (CIN) Selective Supplement.
Gently mix the final medium before aseptically dispensing the specified volume into appropriate sterile containers and allowing to
cool.
